Hi! I'm Joelle, and I wil be your guide on this tour of Delft. Although I am not originally Dutch, after years of travelling and pin-balling across the world, I have finally made this my home. As the daughter of a scientist, a former art history student and a current student of political science, Delft is the place that brings together all my passions. I'll be happy to take you along the little canals, the meandering streets and tell you about the best spots in the city. I love history, walking and I love the attention, so hopefully that makes me the perfect guide for you! Join me for an exciting tour in what I think is one of the most fascinating cities in Holland. I'm sure you will end up liking it as much as I do.
My favourite spots in Delft: Molen de Roos (a windmill at the entrance of Delft) where you can get some fresh milled flour for your next baking project. Then, go to De Kat in de Stad or de Bierfabriek for a locally brewed beer. Enjoy!
